Why Buy a Milwaukee Condo?
The
Milwaukee Condo Market Is Going Strong!
There are more options than ever to find a condominium in the
Milwaukee area. From high-rise condominiums to loft condos,
multi-unit buildings to side-by-side ranch condos, urban
landscapes to nature reserves, adult living to pet-friendly,
there is a Condo Style that is suited for everyone!
Milwaukee
has one of the hottest condo markets in the Midwest. Milwaukee
is located along Lake Michigan, which allows for great views of
the lake, and access to many forms of entertainment including
excellent dining, museums and summer festivals. With the
Milwaukee River flowing through downtown, condos on the river
are also very hot!
I have
provided more information about 6 of the popular condo choices

Why Larry Weiss
Bought His Milwaukee
Condo
There
was a time when everyone deserted the
downtown at 6PM to scurry back to the
tranquility of the suburbs with its
white picket fences.
That trend is now firmly in reverse -
and as one of those who have returned to
the urban hub after a quarter of a century,
I can honestly say it was the best decision
I have ever made.
My wife and I had lived in Mequon for 26
years, but our family had now fled the
nest. Our home, on one acre of land, became
a never-ending nightmare of mowing grass,
painting, cleaning gutters, gardening and
shoveling snow instead of a place where we
could relax and enjoy ourselves.
We decided we wanted the same quality of
life but without the manifold hassles, so
we explored what modern-day downtown had to
offer - and we were thrilled.
After looking at various condo projects,
we fell in love with The Newport on
Prospect Avenue which enjoys panoramic
views of Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee
skyline.
We noticed the dynamism of downtown; we
loved the convenience and vitality of being
at the heart of it all. There is always
something going on: Sailboats on the lake,
Jazz in the Park, the many summer
festivals, open markets, and the beautiful
Calatrava Art Museum.
Bars, restaurants, theater and opera are
so close at hand - precisely what you would
expect from a vibrant, cosmopolitan city
which has been reinvigorated in the last
ten years.
I am now involved in the sale of luxury
condo projects so others can enjoy the
wonderful lifestyle I have become
accustomed to.
What about my friends from the suburbs?
They're green with envy! And all those
hassles of maintaining our house in Mequon?
Well we're looking at paintings instead of
painting the walls and we're enjoying the
view from our rooftop instead of up a
ladder!
We're doing more traveling, concerts,
and volunteering. We have reinvented
ourselves.
Sounds great doesn't it - well why not
see for yourself?
